Your Work

Your work remains on your machine. We retain no copy and therefore no backup; maintaining your own remains your responsibility.

Your Information

We collect the following:

• Contact details — the information you provide on the forms on this website or when you download the application. We use it to administer your account, to respond to you, and to send occasional notice of new releases and pricing.
• License and billing — the status of your subscription, and a code associating your license with your computer so that it cannot be used on more machines than your plan permits. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and do not reach us.
• Correspondence — support messages and feedback you send us, together with the account details attached to them.
• Site usage and analytics — how this website is used, in order to improve its user experience.

Your Rights

Write to hello@noktic.com any time to see, correct, export, or delete what we hold about you, or to stop marketing email. We operate from the United States, and that is where your information is kept.
